A next-generation property developer. Traveller. Entrepreneur. Co-founder of Akvarel Group.
My perspective ↗
For me, property development begins with people: how they live, work, relax, spend time with their families and interact with the city.
I look at housing beyond the walls of a building. Architecture, technology, safety, infrastructure, greenery, sport, services and places to socialise should work together as one environment.
I travel the world, study cities and new ways of living, and find ideas that can be rethought and adapted in Ukraine.

Before discussing façades and floor plans, we need to understand how people will live in a place.
Where they will park. Where they will walk with their children. Where they will exercise. Whether they can have a coffee close to home. Where they will work, relax and meet friends.
A place should respond to real life, rather than exist for the sake of an attractive rendering.
That is why, for me, property development is more than construction.
It is about designing a way of life.
For me, every project is a system of decisions: land, product, architecture, economics, infrastructure, construction, services and the future lives of its residents.

Cities are my living library.
I travel the world, observing architecture, public spaces, infrastructure and the way people live.
I want to understand why certain ideas work and how they can be adapted to projects in Ukraine.

Work occupies a large part of my life, but it does not define all of it.
I am drawn to activities that combine concentration, control and freedom.

For me, riding a motorcycle is about speed, but above all, focus.
On the road, there is no room for dozens of competing thoughts. There is the route, the machine, your reactions and responsibility for every decision.
It is one of those moments when your attention stays entirely in the present.

Kiteboarding offers a very different feeling.
You cannot control everything: you have to read the wind and water, find your balance and work with constantly changing conditions.
For me, it is about freedom, energy and the ability to adapt.

My interest in cars goes beyond getting from one place to another.
I enjoy engineering, technology, design and the way hundreds of individual technical decisions work together as one system.
A good car, like a good building, can look simple.
But its true quality becomes clear when you start using it.
I am interested in things that turn technology into an experience.

I am a Christian.
For me, faith is an inner compass that shapes my relationships with people and family, my work and my sense of responsibility.
Family shapes many of my priorities and the way I think about the places we create for other people to live.
